11th step opportunity  on Friday nights before the meeting. It will be in the smaller room and is not a meeting but a time to meditate together, to learn more about meditation and to deepen our practise.5.50PM start for 6.00PM ( that is we start meditation at 6 PM) and will end at 6.40PM so the meeting can be set up. This is a trial so we can see how the timing works for people..

This in not meditation from any particular tradition but there will be a guided meditation, perhaps some walking meditation and some support for people learning to meditate and to further their practise.Contact email is l.jen@live.co.uk.
