Early bird price
There are six early bird spots that are available on a first come, first served basis. These are available until 30 July 2012 or when the six places are taken. The early bird price is £315. The idea of early bird prices are for the retreat committee to manage the flow of money in such a way as to be able to pay deposits to the venue to secure our booking of it.

Please make sure that you put a reference on the payment, so that we know who you are – please put Pan and then your name (so, for example, Pan Jamie M or Pan Sarah H). Then send an email to us at email@example.com to let us know you have paid.
Please note that we can only confirm bookings when we have received *both the payment and the email*. One of these is not sufficient to assure booking. So please make sure that you have done both. You will then receive a confirmation email that you have paid and your name will be added to the list of bookings, which we will keep in first-come-first-served order.
When you have received your confirmation (and not before), you can send an email firstname.lastname@example.org, stating your room sharing preferences if you have any. All rooms are usually offered on a shared basis. There will be a small number of single rooms and these will be available on a first-come-first-served basis.
