Important information – please read
Our previous summer retreats have been based at Oxon Hoath in Kent, a venue which many retreatants have enjoyed and have expressed a certain attachment to. The Retreat Committee would therefore like to arrange next year’s summer retreat at Oxon Hoath, Kent between Friday 12th July and Monday 15th July 2013. However, due to a change of policy at Oxonhoath, they require a substantial deposit on the booking and in this case by 20 July 2012 which is less than two weeks away!
We are therefore offering an early bird price of £315 for attendance at this retreat that must be paid before 20 July 2012. Please consider booking your place now so that we can maintain the use of this venue for our summer retreat. Further information is below.

Please do read the FAQ for the retreat, which is below, because there have been some changes and additions since the last retreat.
Places at the retreat can only be booked by paying the full amount up front. (This is the only way that the retreat can be financially viable.) The price of the retreat is £345, which includes accommodation, food and retreat workbooks.

Early bird price
There are six early bird spots that are available on a first come, first served basis. These are available until 20 July 2012 or when the six places are taken. The early bird price is £315. The idea of early bird prices are for the retreat committee to manage the flow of money in such a way as to be able to pay deposits to the venue to secure our booking of it.

Please make sure that you put a reference on the payment, so that we know who you are – please put Pan and then your name (so, for example, Pan Jamie M or Pan Sarah H). Then send an email to us at theretreatcommittee@gmail.com to let us know you have paid.

Please note that we can only confirm bookings when we have received *both the payment and the email*. One of these is not sufficient to assure booking. So please make sure that you have done both.

You will then receive a confirmation email that you have paid and your name will be added to the list of bookings, which we will keep in first-come-first-served order.

When you have received your confirmation (and not before), you can send an email to theretreatcommittee@gmail.com, stating your room sharing preferences if you have any. All rooms are usually offered on a shared basis. There will be a small number of single rooms and these will be available on a first-come-first-served basis.
